Cisco, Microsoft and Ingram Micro needed an ad campaign (That’s right, all 3 of the tech industry’s super giants sometimes work together.) to let people know about a “refresh” which is industry slang for switching to a new server and phasing out an old one. So we based each communication piece on a “refresh” that would allow sales force to get the conversation started. Pieces included: a t-shirt delivered in the mail, eblasts, posters, etc.
